Chi did my manicure and pedicure today! She is super friendly and has great attention to detail when painting my nails. She also gives a great massage when I was getting my pedicure done. Highly recommend you come and see Chi!

The team at Glamourous Nails Jerrabomberra are fantastic. Lovely to deal with, they do wonderful work whether you're getting a manicure or pedicure, and it's a happy place to visit. I became their customer through the Queanbeyan salon which has now closed, but will happily follow them anywhere!

Friendly service. Gives accurate wait times. Minimal fumes and smell. My gel or acrylic nails last up to 5 weeks without any breakage. Great attention to detail and listens to exactly what you want. Now their Queanbeyan store has closed, can easily still get my nails done at their Jerrabomberra store, just down the road. Definitely a returning customer!

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I went to get my acrylic nails soaked off this afternoon when I was getting them removed, both the lady doing my nails and the owner laughed at my acrylic nails saying they were too thick and asked multiple times where I went. Not only were they rude and made me feel uncomfortable but they RIPPED my nails off instead of soaking them off, she then cut my skin and filed over it. she then told me that I had to pay in cash when I only had Apple Pay, because they had a $30 minimum eftpos and tried to charge me $30 to rip off 5 nails and cut my skin! After telling her I wasn’t going to pay $30 when the sign said ‘$20 removal’ she then got on the phone to someone (assuming it was the owner) and ended up charging me $20 using the same eftpos she told me didn’t work for less then $30! I paid $20 for something I could’ve done at home with less damage to my nails, if I could give 0 stars I would.

I have been a customer of Long for 13 years, starting in Woden. I followed him to Queanbeyan and now to Jerrabomberra.I took a break during covid but was welcomed back like a friend rather than a customer.I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I love the work Long does for me every time. He always does something cool for me no matter how busy he might be.So glad he didn’t just close down but reopened somewhere else.

I’ve been coming here for years to get my nails and eyebrows done. Long, the owner, is very friendly and treats his customers like family. Be Meo is my favourite nail technician and she’s a thorough professional and takes pride in her work. No matter how busy they get, you can count on getting a precise and beautiful job from her.

100% DO NOT recommend this place! The guy who works here is absolutely horrible and has such a bad customer service- he is super rude and arrogant (the one that dresses like an middle-aged eshay)The lady was nice but she did my nails completely wrong. She made the thumbs way too short compared to the rest of the nails, I asked for sharp almond and she gave me round. they charged me $80 for bad French tips nails and the shape I didn’t want…Please don’t go to this place it’s a waste of time and money! Would give 0 stars if I could.

My daughters and i absolutely love Glamorous Nails and will not go anywhere else. We used to go to the Queabeyan store but now they have closed we are so glad they have another just down the road in Jerrabomberra with the same fantastic service!

I paid $65 cash (they ask for cash and there’s no receipt) for a full set of acrylics - I asked for no colour at all, not even a top coat. When he asked why I told him I wanted to do my own at home (so I could pick a colour for Christmas then change them myself for New Years)I have paid less with them for a full set with shellac.The nails are what I asked for and well done but the price was not fair and I was too chicken to say anything. When I finally got the courage to say something I realised there was no proof of what I’ve paid.
