Disappointing hire of mini excavator last week. Although I've used one quite a few years ago, I had to ask for some guidance to use this model. The service person gave me a few pointers, but kept pointing at the diagrams printed on the cab ceiling, no other info given.Got to site, wanted to change bucket, but no info available on how, had to access a YouTube video to explain how to do it, luckily I had some tools available, as the tool pouch on the machine was pad locked. Lost a lot of useable time trying to get it attached, succeeded in the end, but not happy. For the princely sum of nearly $400,-, I feel that Coates Bunbury could have provided better customer service.

Great product and quality service. Will definitely be using them again.
