Absolutely disgusting service from your employee named Sharon a short while ago. Needs a major attitude change or she will lose you a lot more customers!

Zero star. The elderly lady working tonight was rude to every customer. I was there for Uber eats pick up she was complaining to me the order list was long. There were 9 items only. I ain’t got anything to do with the list. If you are stressed at work talk to your Manager don’t be rude with customer or service people. Everyone has own stuff to deal with don’t show your anger to others unnecessarily.

My visit to this site at 11.30am yesterday more than shows why this place only has 3 stars. The sign on the pump indicated there was a discount if I purchased something from the shop worth more than $10. The per Lt discount was crossed off and replaced with some scribble which was supposed to be a 4 but could have been a lazy 9 cents per lt. I paid for my fuel purchase plus $11.40 for lunch and milk and got back to my car and realized there was no discount on my receipt. I returned to the counter and the elderly lady told me it was on the bottom of the receipt. I stepped out of the line for other customers but could not find any discount so I again approached the lady and she looked and then said something about she forgot to press a button and then told me if I was going to get upset she would give me money out of the till. She gave me a $2 coin saying that would cover it. I stood my ground and said it should have been about $7 as I had bought 175lts of diesel. She asked if I had a calculator and when I said no she repeated saying if I was going to get upset she would increase the payment out of the till and tried to give me $4. I refused and she ended up giving me the $7 saying I was not entitled to it as It does not work like that" (174.48Lts = $6.98)Our small business has 5 x 4wd vehicles that can be fueled up anywhere so why on earth would we want to return to that site?"

Great place for food drinks and fuels ⛽️.

Very rude customer service, i put $10 in the tank and the bowzer stopped. I went in to let the lady know and she cut me short and said $10 cash or card. I said actually the bowzer stopped. She said ..mate, i cant give you fuel we dnt have, $10 cash or card ? I try to then ask if i can use another pump or are they all empty and she walks off on me!! Ive been going to night owl for 3 yrs! Not anymore. The new pieface up the road will get my buisness from now on.

Clearly the lady at the counter may not be receiving what she wants or has a big chip on her shoulder.I usually grab fuel and make purchases twice a week and she was also the one telling me about the app and how it'd save me money and earn rewards. Yet the last 4 visits she refused to scan properly resulting in no discount or rewards.Another issue is every visit I have to wait because the system is down, or my approach to the counter was a great time to restart the computer or change the daily price. Where's the man that used to work there?Well whatever, good luck to the business.

Usually fill up my car here as I drive for work, I walked in with my uniform on today and the man behind the counter rudely said because I work for the government I don’t deserve anything. completely unprompted as I was just trying to pay for my petrol. I will never come back here again.

Good place to put fuel. Good food as well.

Garbage service via menu log, they keep issuing new times for delivery, you will wait forever for your delivery and whats with the $10 delivery fee. They don't answer their phone. The woman on the phone tonight was rude, indecisive and distracted, she then cancelled my order without my permission.

Friday 4pm. Extremely rude, obnoxious, arrogant, argumentative, unhelpful employee. Would have to be a family member of the owner as nobody in their right mind would employ somebody with that attitude. This employee would in my opinion be damaging to the business and could only succeed in alienating customers
