Our poor old Samsung had multiple issues when we called John from Logie TV & video services.He maintained a positive attitude throughout the process and even provided a loaner tv which was a pleasant surprise!I would recommend this company to my friends and families without any hesitation.

John installed my new TV, he was the nicest most patient and honest technician I have ever met. He arrived next day after I called him when my old tv broke down, he loan me a tv while I bought the new tv, and dedicated a lot of time installing it. The price was very reasonable.Thank you John you were amazing will definitely call you again. Love having that old time ethic and honesty.

Recently had a problem with Wi Fi connection onto my LG 55 inch set.I was tempted to buy another and use this set in bedroom but sensibly I called John and he came on a service call. He advised his opinion and for me to consider and call again if accepted.Decided to accept the advice and my set was collected for repair. It was returned a few days later and it is working perfectly including through Wi FI.Both my bank account and I are very satisfied.John at Ultimo.

I can't praise enough Logie TV & Video Services. John attended to my problem immediately, he went out of his way to come after hours to my place to pick up my faulty TV and kindly lent me a replacement TV at no charge. He is a very kind, professional and helpful person. Highly recommended!

Really great service. John picked up my broken TV, left me with a loaner tv while mine was being repaired and one week later he returned my tv in perfect working order. Much cheaper than buying a new one and better for the environment. John gave great advice, his quote was spot on and he was lovely to deal with. You couldn’t meet a nicer man.

Over 10 years ago John/ Logie came to my home and picked up my philips LCD TV, wrapped it in blankets and secured it nicely in his van with care and respect and a couple of days later gave me 2 options, to replace a circuit board with new one rouphly 400 or repair the existing board for 300. The philips TV has an absolutely brilliant picture and, To replace that tv would cost over $1000 so I chose the 300 repair. They fixed my philips TV and returned it and 10 years later im writing this review....it is still working like the day i bought it and it gets used every single day for many hours per day! I Don't know if its still the same owner but thank you so much for the good and honest work.... and he only charged me $280 in the end. Well worth repairing in the long run. The most honest repair man I've ever heard of and dealt with and a true christian you can totally trust. Very Highly rerecommended..

I contacted John to fix my TV and he came on the same day to pick it up and kindly give me a replacement TV until mine was fixed.Very efficient service and reasonable price.John himself is a gentleman, I would definitely recommend.

Logie TV and Video Services fixed my Sony TV and were genuine, professional, timely, and really, really nice. John came to collect the rather large TV and helped put it back on my wall as well. The picture quality looks amazing. I would highly recommend this serive to anyone and will most definitely be calling on them again - for future TV set repairs.

Highly recommend John. He cheerfully lent me a replacement TV for the week he was diagnosing my TV’s problem. It was a rare glitch in my TV he worked on and insisted he would only require payment if there were no more problems - which turned out to be the case. He was friendly, professional, generous and helpful throughout all my dealings with him. He advised me all the way through about all the options available to me. I’ll wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
