So thrilled at the beautiful work of Sargisons. My hubby cleverly found an absolutely stunning engagement ring here that feels unique, classic, and so expertly made. We of course went back to have our wedding rings made here and I have also been to have heirloom jewellery resized. They are friendly and helpful, with a fast turnaround and very reasonable rates for superb work. A very special family-owned shop.

Zero stars. Poor service. Don't go here and waste hundreds of dollars getting your expensive rings re-sized, they will only stuff it up and still charge you - and then try and charge even more to fix their mistakes. There's a better jewellery repairer a few doors down.

Excellent workmanship on our rings thank you. However a disappointing experience with front counter.After already identifying ourselves on more than one one occasion and in the same day they took a photo copy of my drivers license without my permission. After paying they wanted to keep that photo copy of my drivers license which caused confusion and frustration souring the transaction. With everything happening with identity theft at the moment I would be very cautious protecting your personal details.

I took my engagement ring in for a re-size & my other rings to be cleaned & re-shaped. The customer service both drop off & pick up was friendly, happy & nothing was to much for them. They said it should take about 10 days for it to be finished, but they had done it in a few days.Highly recommend these guys, if I lived in Tasmania I would definitely be returning for our wedding rings.Thanks guysTarsha

Amazingly helpful people. Charles resized my fiancés engagement ring the same day in a matter of hours for us, even though he was extremely busy, as we were only in town for that night.Wonderful and helpful, definitely recommend.

Got our engagement ring made custom at Sargisons. Amazing customer service and very friendly and personable staff. Ring was superbly made and prices were very reasonable - especially when compared with local competitors. We will definitely be back for our wedding rings.
