Went in for 2nd opinion of spider bites, and Dr. Roustami sent me directly to hospital with referral and probably saved my lower leg from knee down. Thank you!Services and facilities excellent.

Have never had a bad experience at this practice :)Doctors, Nurses & Reception staff are always so happy, welcoming & accomodating. Just took my 2 little ones there for their immunisation and the receptionist took my youngest & was keeping him company whilst I held my older babe for her immunisation.Highly recocommend :)

This place is amazing, the staff and Dr’s are so caring, it’s just like the old school family practice where they take the time to talk to you and your concerns. Not just rush you out within 5 minutes, Michalea the nurse is wonderful, today she just rang me to see how I was after a less than pleasant diagnosis I received and to give me a phone number where I can get some support. 10/10 for this practice and their wonderful staff, all the receptionists are lovely too with a smile on their faces and a warm welcome.

I attended today and had URGENT bloods completed and had to drive from Two Rocks to OceanKeys...GP stipulated he would ring me with results and I had to answer my phone...bloods completed at 420pm ...collected at 1800hrs...its now 2322hrs and still no call from my GP ...stress !! Very anxious very angry ...I WILL be following this up .

The care, compassion and problem solving skills of this amazing medical and admin team continue to amaze me.Huge shoutout to Amber, who is undeniably the best receptionist in the entire world and has saved my family so many headaches by just being her amazing self. Thank you all! Kiah
