Oakridge Motel Tourist Park

The managers were the nicest most helpful people Helen and I know of absolutely. The park was always clean and tidy. The amenities block was cleaned 3 times a day. They checked and talked to guests to make sure sure everyone was happy and could they be of assistance. Boy us first timers at caravanning sure needed some, the advise and help was way beyond what you would expect and was really appreciated. Thank you again we loved our stay and like others we will be back love Helen and Phil.

I have specifically hunted down this joint to leave a review, so great was my indignation. After a few long days of travel I rocked up here at around 4pm to have a shower. Walked into the reception and politely asked if such a thing could be arranged. The lady glared at me in disgust and asked why on earth she should let me have a shower. I was stumped but replied that she should because I would pay her for the imposition. She nearly shrieked that the price for a shower would be a pittance and how dare I request such a thing, how is she supposed to make any money? I was so dumbfounded at the rudeness I think i stared at her like a fish with its mouth open for a minute and would have turned and walked out but for the fact I did quite need a shower. I ended up having to pay for an unpowered site for the night, just so I could use the shower. I didn't need to stay, I continued my journey after my $32 shower, feeling very disappointed in the level to which humanity had sunk.

Such a very well maintained and beautifully clean caravan park to stay. We were a party of 4, 2 staying in their caravan and my hubby and I in a cabin. Great facilities and we had a relaxing 2 night stay. Will definitely be back.

I was in a tent so rooms i don't know about but owners where very accommodating neat a tidy lovely place

Stayed 2 nights at the Oakridge Caravan Park. Would definitely recomend it to all great spot to stay.Clean and tidyManagers exceptional

Great park shame about the female owner.. rudest lady I’ve ever come across! Was quoted $39 a night in my invoice got there and was charged $45 a night. Not a big difference no but her attitude was disgusting.. especially when she threw the eft machine a cross her desk?? certainly put a damper on the start of our stay

Site was great, easy access. Managers extremely helpful. And as funny as it sounds, the toilets, showers almost the best bit. So many camp grounds/van parks have dodgy amenities. These were in great condition.Will definitely be back one day.

We booked a cabin for a night after coming from Stanthorpe. Went to the office and was told it wasn't clean yet. Got the key went to the cabin. The was no room to swing a cat in floors were just cleaned and still dirty. The cabin was dirty not inviting. Shower was dirty. The bump was just out the door. I won't be there again. Paid 135 for a night through booking .com and could not get a refund. Went Kelly motel got a better one for less.

Well this park would have to be one of the most cleanest parks I have ever stayed. The amenities are spotless.The managers are so helpful. We turned up late and unannounced and it was not a problem. They were very helpful in finding a great spot for our large rig.Upon leaving they went out of their way to help me as my husband was not there to assist.We will definitely be back. Great park!
