Montage Massage & Spa

This was good up until today. I usually have the 20 min neck and shoulder but was told they no longer do an oil massage. So they sat me on a footstool as I endured 20 min of awkwardness and painful dry massage. This place was my go to now, do not recommend.

Don’t waste your time and money. Their customer service at the reception is so unprofessional. Couple days ago, my car broke down on my way to their appointment, caught in the moment speaking to people who were helping me at that moment. Called them to deeply apologise that I was calling at the time of my appointment to let them know I couldn’t go because my car just broke down. How they replied to my unfortunate situation was so OUTRAGING! Constantly saying “aughh ok, aughhh” is so rude!

I’ve been here with my partner 10+ times and it is always perfect. All girls are very professional and have different styles. Very comfortable and clean beds, great atmosphere, quiet and relaxing, reasonable prices. This is the place to relax and fix problems.

I received a voucher for Christmas. I now live in Brisbane and am back for a holiday. Tried to redeem my voucher 1 week late. The manager was so heartless and would not consider it. She was very rude. Don't waste your money!!

My partner and I had a Thai massage at Montage Massage today and it was amazing. We are already planning on going back next weekend. The ladies are lovely and friendly and responsive to our requests re massage pressure and specific areas to target.Highly recommended ⭐️

Discriminating against the medically exempt is disgraceful. Discriminating altogether is barbaric. After reading through the reviews & having now my own upset with this place, I would never take my business here. Nancy, you're in need of compassion & basic professionalism. Just terrible.

To be honest I would not even rate this place 1 star.One staff member hung up the phone in my face, i had called to ask for an extra week on my voucher as it has expired and i was not able to use it as i had a baby, I then requested a manager call me back she did and again this lady was extremely rude she did not even apologize for her staff member who hung up in my face, her response was there are two sides to a story, how rude is that.I would not recommend this place to any one nor will i advise anyone to purchase a voucher, they take your money but wont extend a voucher by a week. Terrible customer service. Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. I have read previous reviews of customers having the exact same issue as me, I really suggest if you want to put your money to better use then STAY AWAY.

I’ve been taking my son here for mum and son massages for years. After having many medical issues and chronic pain, I’ve been to so many different massage places, and here was the best I have found. And I missed Montage more than anything during lockdown! When we reopened it was the first place I visited and feel so much better. Thank you!

Paid for 1 hour got 50 mins massage started with 1 lady massaging 2 mins later another one starts massaging it’s winter the lady wipes my legs and feet with a cold cloth and if that’s not all had to hear another customer snore the whole time - told that lady in the end massage wasn’t okay she pretty much ignored me and didn’t give me a response- never going back waste of time
