Wow Specsavers Richmond are just amazing. Jazz your professional manner and friendly service just takes our experience to the next level. You are a breath of fresh air and always are happy to see everyone who walks in the door. The staff are just so friendly even though they are busy. Seeing a optometrist to picking your glasses is just a breeze and you are just made to feel so welcome. 20 stars if I could give them to you and your team.

March 2022 Steve and Leanne assisted me today with the purchase of 2x sets of glasses. I found them to be extremely helpful, professional and guided me through the range of frames, selecting a great set of suitable frames at a very good price.September 2022 Update:-Getting suitable multifocal lenses for the 2X pairs of glasses has been extremely challenging and it was unable to be resolved by Specsavers after many months. Unfortunately, the 100% satisfaction guarantee that is advertised did not occur in my case, leaving me with 2X pairs of glasses I cannot use and out of pocket about $700
