As any of you know that Salt lamp help to purify the air (Myth but I believe it helps) and air was bad in Melbourne recently.I had more than few salt lamps and one of cord was rusted and look for purchasing of extra cord from the local Ishka where they offer 50% off. Cord wasn't in stock right at the moment and I found Salt lamps Australia while I search for the cord. Description stated that the cord has ANZ Standard which all local store has anyway but I felt little secure to purchase from this store,. That's where nightmare started.I placed an order with pick up ( as no delivery cost), I called the number I was provided, I was informed to call another number as new owner is taking over. I sent SMS to new owner and he advised me it is good to pick up Thursday 16 Jan.I've picked up from the HOME in Mulgrave, I ordered 1 extra cord, 1 salt lamp set, 3 small light bulbs and 2 large light bulbs. I noticed 2 large light bulbs came with bubble wrap, and so ask if there's box for it as it was spare bulbs but no luck as they get in bulk pack no box.I came home and found cord that claimed meeting Australian standard rusted in one side of clip, I felt disappointed as I paid for $7.8 for this, but that was not all.When I opened the new salt lamp, I was shocked there was no cord with it, I called the new owner to explain, he advised me he will bring the cord, I explained to him of bulb (unable to help as it came with bulk but I was okay with this). He then sent me SMS that cord come with Salt lamp, check the box, which I did very first time and that made me angry as I feel so much wasting of my precious time. It was my birthday and I had half day off and spent part of my precious time for this salt lamp.I called and explain the situation and he advised me he will send 2 cords to my home. few hours later, I had SMS that he delivered to my mail box as I have requested. However, there was only 1 cord with light bulb and we put extra 2 big light bulbs with it as bonus.I sent SMS to him to explain that we require extra cord as discussed and demand for the replacement.Approx 5 days after the communication, i received the replacement cord finally and happy ending. I have revised my score to 3.I appreciate new owner effort to meet the customer's request, i believe he will improve the business operation gradually.
