EJ Studio- Including Randstad
I came here with my wife for a 9am class with Ashleigh. We were shown how to use the Pilates machine correctly and safely. We also felt really comfortable and in safe hands as Ashleigh took the time to ask us if we had any previous injuries or niggles.The atmosphere was very relaxed and judgement free.I highly recommend giving EJ Studios a visit as it is suitable for people of all abilities and ages!
