Not sure where the other reviewers called, but I wasn’t able to establish any meaningful contact, neither by phone nor by email. I certainly expect different from a businness that wants to sell their products not just in the store…!

Online ordering does not show what is in stock and what will be back ordered which is a little frustrating, finding out only once the order is processed for payment.Calling the store like I did today is the way to go, very helpful staff, had the products I wanted in his hand and processed card while I was on the phone ensuring I would get it asap.Thank you.

Quite long hold times on calls, just to even get to speak to reception who then has to transfer the call, and again, make you wait on hold. Doesn't offer a call back option. Tried calling multiple times over 2 days with the same result. The wait times are equivalent to Telstra.Got through to one of the boys on the floor, and they were very helpful. Knew their stuff. Will be a returning customer even after the hold times

Generally have really good stock and seem to bring in what others arent. However I have been caught in the past ordering what I thought was in stock, as it was advertised on the website... ended up waiting about a year before I got my order.I think the site (unless changed already) could benefit from a colour system or have ads clearly marked (Pre-order) or something.The staff in general are pretty good/ helpful, but it is a VERY busy shop, so at times, there can be some inconsistency in customer service.All in all, Cleavers generally has what you need, but perhaps call in first.

Always worth the drive, best prices in Qld.Customer service is sometimes a bit hit and miss (pun intended), but props to the bearded guy Simon. He is awesome and always takes the time to help me out and show me different options and give genuine advice. Deserves a promotion or raise or something I reckon!

Went today and bought few things, which are never cheap at Cleavers. The least the cashier could do is smile, not asking for much but when you are spending the money a nice smile and thank you would be appreciated. Not that hard and gets you repeat customers. The guy that served me was ok.

Went to the store last week Thursday to collect an online order and purchase a few more items. A particular gun case was not in stock. Julie the lady that assisted me went out of her way to help. She arrange with their a guy to collect it from their warehouse. I cant recall his name but he was more than happy to help. It makes the three hour drive to Cleavers worth it. They have gone well past expectations and delivered great service. Great people that work there and is always happy to assist. Sam your staff are great. Keep up the good work and will be back for sure.

I bought a couple of mags in August 22. Didn’t use them but stored away. When I went to use them found they weren’t suitable for my rifle. Took them back to exchange but because I didn’t have the original package they’d only give me 60% of the original price. So ordered a genuine. Took 2 months. Eventually got it but never again. Customer service? Not here
