We have recently vacated a property in Springfield Lakes with them and the whole process was smooth and the term of the tenancy was pleasant. They were very accommodating with arranging perspective tenants to view the property ensuring we weren’t impacted. Any time we had issues with the property needing repairs etc they were very quick to arranges for trades to attend. Veronika and the team from 21st Century are fabulous! They helped us through three major and significant events. When we decided to rent out our home, Veronika helped us prepare it and found us very reliable tenants. She took great care of us as first time landlords. During this time, our property suffered significant storm damage. Veronika was on the phone to us immediately and then on site the following day.
