Having not been a frequent dinner at KFC Australia wide I found myself in need of something quick and easy to satisfy a moment of hunger whilst here in Karratha. I chose to have fast food to ease the need and came across the iconic brand name and here I am.Service was excellent the young men and women were most helpful in my purchase and polite and keen to assist me with the appropriate wipes I needed to vanquish an incredible low cost meal. Serious thumbs up for all the staff at KFC Karratha, fresh chicken and smiles all round from the staff.Cheers to management and staffLove your work keep on smiling.

Could not get served at the counter even though two members of staff were in front of the counter while I waited for 5 minutes and they did not say a word to me

I havent had kfc for over a year so it was delicious, worth the wait lol. Lovely service from the young lad who served us. Hopefully it wont be another year before I get to go there again. :)

We had ordered quite a bit this day, particularly two big buckets of chicken. I asked if the chicken could be covered with foil as we were travelling to Port Hedland and was told I had to come in as it would mess up their timing for express service. Very disappointed with the rudeness of the duty manager and the customer service. Staff were also laughing in the background. It takes less than 10 seconds to tears off some foil and really they spent a lot longer arguing with me then prioritising a good service. This is the second time this has happen & for the amount of money I spent I didn’t think I was asking for too much.No wet wipes or cutlery either.

First time going here and this is what we got small peices of chicken, really was expecting more. Price is also around $2 more per box than Perth. Who give you way more value for your money.
