Dirty ash trays in common areas supposed to be a non smoking place also dog on site supposed to be no pets allowed, other regular guests were rude to me dmisunderstanding here i never felt safe there . Place was dirty would not recommend the place to my friends or family , only good part I was refunded my money for the nights I didn't stay .like me using the shared bathroom. I left after 4 nights as was berated by host about everything was a misunderstanding ? No misu

Karen & Joe are very accomodating and the home is beautifully presented, and cleanliness of the property is of a high standard. The rooms are beautifully set up with all needs covered, beds are comfortable and only the best linen used. I loved the outside area with the space around the pool area. The home has magnificent views of the area, with ocean views. Thank you for your time. A Hennessy

Stunningly beautiful place, view of the ocean from the room. Swimming pool is so nice. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The hospitality and kindness of the host, so accommodating. Breakfast as well so nice. Everything was perfect.

Oh my what a place ! I was here with my 16 year old daughter ( always hard ) for a week and we felt like we were a part of Karen’s extended family . Awesome location so close to the best beach , pool , beautiful clean and suitable accomodation for us both . Sami relaxing time , me the ability to continue working with great internet access and suitable rooms and space for private zooms .So close to the beach and great outdoor relaxing areas . Don’t hesitate , just book and experience WA at its best. Thanks Karen , so accomodating and truly genuine and friendly ❤️

Lovely B&B located a bit north of Perth Downtown, only a 5 minuets walk away from beautiful Mullaloo beach. Host is very friendly and helpful, price is fair and breakfast is good :) Can highly recommend this place! Best is to come there by rental car.

My wife and I were welcomed by the wonderful friendly host Karen. This B&B is in an amazing location within easy access to beach, public transport and enjoyable walks.The rooms and hospitality made it a very enjoyable stay.

It was in a great position ,near the beautiful beach and lovely restaurant near the house ,we were upgraded to the en-suite room ,which was absolutely amazing, plenty choice with theBreakfast, it felt like a home from home experience to myself and husband.We certainly will be back ,and can’t recommend it enough, easy transport to Perth .We can’t praise the host Karen enough. She was so helpful in every way ,even picking usUp from the Airport and back again when leaving.Thanks for everything Karen ,see you again .Regards irene and Lenny Davis
