I am absolutely certain they are selling cheap cuts of meat that are glued together to look like whole muscle, premium cuts. I recently bought a supposed scotch fillet that was 2 distinct colours, had the grain going the wrong way and fell apart when i took it out of the plastic. Of course they denied it when i went back for a refund but It looked like no scotch fillet i have ever seen before. Avoid Dench!

Well presented store and friendly staff, however quality of beef and the butchering is not great especially at this price. There are better options elsewhere.

We bought some eye fillet last week that was very enjoyable. So I got more this week and they were superb. We had them blue, and they were incredibly tender, and tasty. I can't wait to go back for more. Fantastic.

The customer service is excellent!But the cooked meats in the hot section are sub-standard.High fat burgers, and chemical flavourungs in the sausages.Raise the quality, for a better review, that I would appreciate.
