I have been training here with my whole family and have been enjoying the centre.The instructors are inclusive of all ages, fitness levels and gendersClasses are clearly instructed in English and also cater for Vietnamese or Chinese language too.My kids love the lessons and have made many friendsThe Master and instructors are very experienced and structure the classes well between warm up, stretching, techniques and patternsI would highly recommend to all.

People speak good English and definitely have no language barrier issues.Everyone are kind and supportive to each other.Love to be there all the time.
