Very easy company to deal with. I required my services located - water, telstra, underground power and sewer as I was having a termite barrier installed that required drilling around the perimeter of my house.I was given a quote over the phone and was able to book this service in over the phone.The technician gave me a courtesy call on the way to the property and I had my report a few hours later.Overall a very easy process. We were required to find underground services to our property prior to having post footings excavated and set in our front yard. The team at Provac were extreamly helpful, prompt and efficient. They located all service connections within the area explaining what was located and provided a plan.Thankfully we had the services located, if we had dug one of the footings we were likely to hit the electricity and NBN line.We highly recommend the team at Provac, its well worth the service as it could save you from additional costs damaging a service you weren't aware of.
