The pick-up guys were great, very friendly and careful with our items. We have been kept informed by email of each step.

If there was a 0 stars available I would give that to Karan and his team. On the day of the planned move, they arrived late with what appeared to be a smaller truck than promised.The whole move was chaotic as his team didn't appear skilled or planned. They damaged our rent home and took hours more than what had been required. Karan practically held us on ransom to pay rest of the money before they could unload fully. Promised a tax invoice upon payment.I have followed up several times with him about the invoice (as I need to get it reimbursed) and about the damage. After picking the calls and promising to respond soon, be now seems to have e blocked me number.

ZERO STARSRemovalists had terrible communicationBooked a time for 6:30-7:00amThey were very late, only gave updates when I called them.Told there were issues with the truck, and they needed petrol and coffee, and someone left the light on draining the battery.Called again at 8:45 to be told the truck was out of commission.They disrupted our plans and REFUSED to return our deposit.We had to hire a Budget truck instead, which ended up costing us a lot less and was far more reliable.

They were on time and the move lasted the duration they estimated. Will be using them again in the future.

We selected Removal Interstate Movers since we required assistance with all the hard lifting as we had a lot of furniture and boxes to move. They were excellent guys!

They helped us to move our furniture. All the stuff were well wrapped and delivered to the new house without any trouble. Satisfied with their work. Recommended!
