Terrible service

The service was below average the women don’t even speak, massage is short in pedicure as in one minute each leg and foot. Water was way too hot it was like putting my toes in kettle water! My nails look good though so hence 3 stars

Recently had gel infills and pedicure. The shop interior is beautiful however was really disappointed with the quality of their product, after 1 day a nail completely broke off and only days later the gel chipped off most of the tips. Won’t be returning :(

Both my daughterinlaw and myself had our nails refilled and a pedicure very disappointed nails chipping after 4 days

Sadly, disappointed. Pedi was was rushed took no more han 20 mins (adult) . Paid ($35) for a child pedi which took no more than 10 mins. Older woman who greeted us was rude and abrupt ( I assume the owner/manager). Advertised 15% off didn't include discount.

Look I didn’t want to write a review but here I am. I went in for infills , all and well was really pleased however a few days later the tip had fallen off so I went back to ask if they could just replace the one nail which they said they could free of charge. (Keep in mind they have a sign on the table saying they are not responsible for any breakages, cracking, etc after you have left the shop.)I went in to get them replaced, the tools they used to get the remaining nail off was the tool you would see at an art shop, and she just picked away which damaged my natural nail completely. Didn’t ask if it was okay or hurt which IT DID! She couldn’t speak english either, Couldn’t answer my questions about why such thing would happen.It’s only just opened but it’s very quiet shop so the staff just sit on the massage chairs watching tiktoks , also while doing your nails. - or fall asleep!won’t be returning.

Unfortunately I did not have a nice experience , extremely rough and hurt me a few times, with the drill and pulling my arm.. felt very rushed also and was not happy with the end result! Asked to have a tiny bit of nail cut and ended up losing half, no shaping.
