Went there to have my SNS removed and redone the lady that tried to remove them was in such a hurry she removed a large chunk of skin and my finger started to bleed, first react was to put a cotton bud with acetone on instead of appling pressure which made it hurt further.Another nail technician continued to do my nails, was finally offered a band aide half way through and I requested that finger not be touched as it was so painful.Nail technician's response was it was my fault as I should have mentioned it was my real nail and not acrylic mind you she should have realised that has the finger she hurt was the last one she attended to.Staff later Informed me to come back in a few days to have that nail attended to, responded that by how deep the cut was it was likely to take a few weeks to heal and am hoping it doesn't become infected technician told me not to be silly it would heal quickly.Was told to come back prior to leaving, was continually apologised to but no acknowledgement of what happened.Would not recommend them at all.

Rushing off to get my service done for serving the next customer. Feeling disappointed with their service, the lady was rushing off to get my pedicure done but not getting it done properly. Asked for redoing one toenail cause the color came off while being asked to move from the massage chair to dry fan area, but it was not done properly. Colors looked lumpy, worst experience. Won’t go back again, not worth it.

Not a place I'd go back to a second time. I want the staff member concentrating on my nails, not focused on everything going on outside the store while they think they're filing my nails. I left with a lot of badly shaped nails because outside was more interesting.

The lady doing my nails, whilst she as polite, completely rushed my nails and actually cut my toe. I now have an infection in my big toe that is 100% due to the cut.$40 might seem cheap for a pedicure, but now I have to spend more money on seeing a doctor and getting antibiotics, won’t be coming back and will be telling a lot of people not to go here either.

Had a good experience before but now i will not recommend it to anyone. Pushy rude and no attention to details. 2 of the staffs were arrogant. I was told i need puff the excess at home.

Spent $45 on a full set of SNS. 2 hours later one snapped while I was washing my hair??? Went back the next day and asked for it to be fixed and they said no, they were too busy. I explained I had my nails done literally 2 hours prior to it breaking and the women said there was nothing they could do and to try and come back tomorrow on Monday. I explained I worked full time so if it wasn’t fixed that day, the next day I could get it fixed wouldn’t be until Thursday night. Again, she said they were too busy. Interesting -as there were staff walking around cleaning and talking and not doing nails :) Went to another nail salon upstairs. They looked at my nails and were so shocked with the quality they fixed it for free. Literally 10 minutes was all it took to fix it. I’ve been getting nails done every 3 weeks for 12 years and this set is one of the worst quality wise I’ve ever seen, the nonexistent customer service just topped it off. I would think a business should be doing what they can to satisfy paying customers. Staff super rude. Whole experience was fairly bizarre to be honest.

The worst pedicure of my life! Terrible service, terrible skills, terrible customer service

Friendly staff and very inclusive to all. Excellent pricing aswell.Edit; found staff to be polite to customers but talk a lot between themselves, I felt very rushed when getting my nails done a second time here and like they didn't care. Also it cost a lot more then previous visit? Not sure why.
