Served by Zac at Southland who provided excellent customer service. I was very indecisive in choosing a watch and he was very helpful and patient. I even exchanged it a week later and he was just as lovely. Never rushed me or made me feel like I was a nuisance. The other staff seemed nice also.

Terrible service and a massive muck around which made me in the end not even want the product and has tainted the whole thing.I am still waiting for my item to arrive in the store, I was told it would take 6 weeks and it has been 8 with no word from them. When calling to ask they told me they couldn’t tell me where my item is because the lady that sold me the ring isn’t in today.

Was scoffed at when I clarified I was looking at purchasing a bracelet with real diamonds before the lady just walked off mid conversation? Felt like she was avoiding the sale/interaction for some reason.Never had such a confusing retail experience. Took my business elsewhere.

Cheaters and worst customer treatment. We bought a stud earring was informed there is 30 day exchange.. my wife was too excited to try it in the store after buying it just then the salesman shouted that now there is no way you can exchange it as he has seen us wearing it.. when we questioned that this was not something he mentioned when selling it he started shouting on us and the lady manger threatened us with security.. now who treats customers in such fashion who just bought from you??? We left the store very disappointed and checked other jewellery stores just opposite and they all clarified that you can exchange jewellery even if you have tried them. not that we planned to exchange however definitely won’t go back ever again and won’t recommend to anyone.

Had an amazing experience here yesterday. I always shop at this particular jewlers but this time was by far the best. The lovely lady was so patient with me and helped me find the perfect gifts. I could not recommend this place more. The lovely 21year old girl made this particular experience supreme and for this I will continue to be a loyal customer. Nice products but I found the staff member, Remi(?) to be quite pushy when trialing on jewellery. Being at such high prices, it’s totally normal to take your time but it definitely didn’t feel like such. Comparing to MH where the sales assistant was patient and, had a lovely attitude. I was quite disappointed with the service here.

The staff are hopeless and so slow.Across multiple visits they showed their lack of ability. If I could give 0 stars I would.

When going to buy ring in store was told it was not that price but $100 more and it was put in the wrong place. Said they were wrong under Australian consumer law. Manager would not sell it at advertised price so I left.
