Being a girl of senior years I needed quite a lot of help from Justin, and may I say I needed more help than I thought and Justin cleaned up my computer and solved all my problems, He was very prompt and explained so much to me. A phone call to Justin and an appt was made to drop my computer in in a couple of days(I live out of Hervey Bay). Justin did some tests, found the problem and fixed the computer on the spot while I waited. Very thankful, and cost was reasonable too. Would happily highly recommend Justin.

Justin is such a wonderfully patient and supportive technician who is very knowledgeable with excellent problem solving skills. He can diagnose a problem and set up one's computer so it is functioning to its best capacity. He suggests possibilities and sets up the laptop for more efficient functioning. I have had a couple of issues with my laptop and I called Justin because he has the best rating on Google. It turned out that my problems were easily fixed over the phone.
