I seriously mean it when I say the most unprofessional customer service I have ever come across. Passive aggressive and patronising. With so many other vendors to choose from this would be way down the bottom of my list for next time. Not a great introduction to your business.

If you're going to have one of your employees tail gate a car on the eastlink, make sure it's not in a company branded truck. Saw one of your driver's do so today around midday to another car and get off at the monash exit (city outbound).Employees represent companies and their services out of the office too.
