I have been treated by Michelle for over a month now and can honestly say she is the best Osteo I have seen. It has taken me 4 Osteos to find Michelle but she's been exceptional. A practitioner that really cares about you is very rare. I have also found Paul and the reception staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. A very genuine team!

My husband and I have been treated by Emma, Michelle and Rachel on numerous occasions and they are all brilliant! I am in the health industry and am very picky about my practitioners and I find the team at Helping Hands Osteo exceptional. They are extremely thorough with their assessment and really care about their clients.They also encourage clients to self-manage with stretches and educate them on posture rather than trying to book clients in weekly or bi-weekly for business gain.I highly recommend Helping Hand Osteo!! 5 stars!

She makes you feel instantly at ease and comfortable. She is incredibly thorough in her treatments and is quick to discover any underlying issues or causes. Her extensive knowledge also gives you complete confidence in her skills and practices. Highly recommended!!!
