Microwave it for 30 seconds and you'll be impressed with the light and fluffiness the cake has to offer.The chocolate is rich and flavoursome tasting somewhat like a delicious milo drink. I love how the cheesecake is not too overpowering and so well made it's pleasing to the palette.To make it better, the business uses a healthy alternative butter, 100% free-range eggs and cream cheese ♡♡.Look forward to trying the other flavours.

Tried the cake again, I think it’s worth 3* Taste-wise, but really gotta give an extra 1* for their awesome customer service! The original cheesecake is definitely so much better than the Matcha Cheesecake we had, but still didn’t really get the WOW-ness from it. This is based on experience that I had from other Japanese Cheesecake like Uncle Tetsu, Rikuro, LeTao, and other Japanese cheesecakes. Not cheesy enough, and texture can still be improved on. Still not my go for $30 cake, maybe $15-20 range is justifiable. All the best!Previous Matcha Cheesecake Review- Wasn’t exactly what I expected and the cake did not look and taste as nice as shown on other reviews and website. For a $30 cake, I don’t think this is worth the value. The top & bottom of the cake have inconsistent texture. Top is more airy while the bottom is more dense. Seems like a rushed job to me. Overall, we are really disappointed in the cake.

The cheesecakes from Beehives are really amazing, the best japanese cheesecakes we have ever had.We tried the traditional and the chocolate flavours, both are so fluffy and delicious that is impossible to stop eating them!They were delivered to our door, what made everything much easier.

If you love cheesecake- specially Japanese ones this is the place to order them from.The cheesecake we ordered from Beehives were so fresh - and delivered at home. They were So soft and spongy and the best part is there is perfect sweet- not too high not less.Also good part is, they come in a great different flavours like the classic Japanese flavour, chocolate, matcha and many more.So we would definitely recommend you trying this.

The cheesecakes here are SOO GOOD we've tried 4 different flavours from here now and all of them are so distinct and delicious. The texture of the cheesecakes are so spot on - very moist, airy and light so that they are so addictive to eat!The chocolate and vanilla are classic flavours that you can't go wrong with! The coffee is amazing cos the cheesecake flavour is still there and blends in so nicely with the coffee. Their special seasonal coconut has a light roasted flavour that is almost reminiscent of the vanilla.

Recently ordered two cheesecakes from Beehives, both were exquisite in taste and nice and fluffy in texture. I am not a fan of overly sweet desserts, therefore these were perfect!It was my first time placing an order with them and I was impressed by their customer service. All my queries were responded to in a patient and timely manner. I will definitely be ordering more in the future.

Beehives' Cheesecakes are fantastic and awesome service. I ordered the Original and Matcha to try and Yummo! The cakes were moist, fluffy and the right level of sweetness that I like. I will definitely be ordering more Cheesecakes from Beehives.

Nothing bad about it, very nice box and presentation, yet the Roses isn't a cheesecake but rather a giant cupcake. I would say it definitely needs more sugar. It has barely any. I didn't order cheesecake because I don't have a microwave!
