Was a good little chemist. Now the prices are up and the service is down . After multiple issues there I have decided to post a review. The only good chemist is VU ! . THE REST DONT LISTEN . They just give you whatever makes them the most and I have gone in and asked specifically for a type of medication and they swapped it for generic . Today one script went up over 10% since i last got it . All this after the new owner begged me to give them another chance . Well chance has been used up GOODBYE

I ask for a specific item and even paying in advance when I went to pick it up the lady just forgot to place my order. Very lucky that I found the vaccine for son minutes before his appointment in a chemist and even cheaper!!!

I thought I would give my prescriptions to a local business just starting in the area.At first I had to request some pricing adjustments as the items were more expensive than my other pharmacist. The pharmacist in charge (Vu Duong) was very professional and did not hesitate matching the prices, which was great.I went again last Saturday for a new month of prescription. One of the items was not in stock. Vu Duong offered to deliver it and asked me if I would be home today. I said yes i can be home and he said he would call prior the delivery. I leave about 500m away, Not far at all.Saturday passed and no call. The weekend passed, Monday and Tuesday this week and still no call.I sent an email this morning saying that I was quite disappointed as the promised delivery did not happen. Luckily it was not an urgent item.But I got delivered prescriptions from my previous pharmacist, being a bit further in Croydon without issue.Vu Duong said the his shop is very quiet and slow to pick up.The problem is that when you have a returning customer whom you promise to deliver a product and you do not delivery it, and that you also do not respond to an email sent about it, there is no surprise if that customer does not continue the relationship.There are plenty of competition nearby and as a business owner you must keep up and keep your customer happy, especially if they are new, or near new. I was really willing to help, but I am totally off with this pharmacy now. I still have to collect my missing prescription this Saturday as they are not open when I leave or come back from work.I will go back to my other pharmacist even if I have to drive a bit.I cannot recommend this pharmacy, although Mr Vu Duong is very friendly. This is not enough any more.
