A 0 Star. Dropped my car, got a quote for this and that which somehow cost me close to $1200 for servicing and blah blah whatever Mr. Patrick told me. When i visited other mechanic i figured out things patrick told me to fix the then time was still working great even after 6months. Terrible pricing however customer service felt descent.A total money wastage with reciepts of $1200 for almost nothing.

Great service. Have always been wary of dropping my car into a mechanic but these guys at Autoplus Preston are terrific, very helpful and reasonably priced. Have been going there for several years and will continue to have my car looked after by them. No question about it!

Contacted Patrick via the web form and received an Instant response. Patrick was more than accommodating to my needs/requirements to have my brakes replaced for my MB ML350. Friendly service, straight to the point and competitively priced. Highly recommended!

Went and got my Mazda 2 service. Originally booked through AutoGuru for a break pad replacement and basic service. Patrick was very friendly and explained to me when I walked in that he would call me with a list of things that could be addressed if I wanted too. Received a call about an hour after dropping the car off and he kindly explained the reasons and costs for things that could be addressed. As a student with limited income, I felt no pressure if I said some things could wait and Patrick really helped explain things that probably shouldn’t wait. Would recommend for quick and easy service and repair!

Fantastic!! Couldn't ask for better. Completely upfront and honest (unlike some dodgy mechanics trying to find more problems to charge you with!). Their customer service is excellent, they even dropped me off and picked me up from work when my car needed to be serviced. Patrick at the front is a great guy. Would definitely recommend.

Called Autoplus last minute and they squeezed us in short notice for a timing belt change. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and prices were fair.So nice to speak with a mechanic happy to have a chat about your vehicle. Thank you Patrick and team!

Had to get a ton of stuff done on short notice. Yeah i paid for it but staff are super friendly and Patrick comes across as a really genuine guy. Car is driving better than it has in the past 5 years. Couldn't be happier and will definitely be taking my car back for its yearly service.

Patrick and his team provide honest, reliable service. My niece took her car to Kevin Dennis motors for a standard service and was told she needed to spend a couple of thousand dollars on her car. I thought this was a little suspicious so I took her car to Patrick as I know he is totally trustworthy. Patrick looked over the car and found there was nothing wrong with it at all. Patrick did not charge me anything for his time.My entire family and many of my friends now get their cars serviced by Patrick and his team as we know we will not be ripped off and our cars will be fixed properly.
