The staff are really friendly and great at what they do. I recently moved from Melbourne and it's taken me awhile to find someone in Newcastle...who does hair well.I found it easy to communicate my wants and the results have been what I wanted each time .I have had my hair done here multiple times now and I always walk out feeling fresh and impressed with my hair and the serviceHighly recommend trying BB Hair
