The harsh and RUSHED pedicure that was done gave me a toe infection. I woke up from excruciating pain and could not walk on my right foot all day - I had to visit the doctor and was prescribed antibiotics that I’m still on today. This all happened 3 days before my birthday too. There were only 3 workers and 7 customers waiting, it took forever to get my SNS done as the women kept rotating. Honestly I just felt like they wanted to get it over and done with instead of putting in their best work. I felt so rushed and because you rushed I ended up with a infection.

Shape was all different, surface was bumpy and length of the nails were all different. Service was not good either. I couldn’t sit there any longer and asked them to fix my nails until it looks okay so paid and left but never again. It hurts so much as they pile my skin around nails.

It's a shame. I wanted to give them higher but I genuinely can't, because they lied.Their service is fine, a dime a dozen really. You do have to wait, but that's the nature of it.The issue was with the boxing day sale they claimed to offer. 30% off all services, which they refused to honor, claiming the discount was included in the standard price.Not impressed and will not be back.

I went to this place hoping to do a simple shellac in a pretty plain white color but the services were unacceptable. Firstly, when I told the woman doing my nails which colors I wanted, she agreed and begun to do them. Shortly after, I realized that the color was not the correct one that I wanted. She asked me which length I liked and I told her, she then didn't do the length I wanted. When I tried to speak up about it, she completely ignored me. I had to wait 50 minutes as the ladies kept switching, none sticking to the design. They then went on to speak about me in Chinese, laughing at my chosen color and design. This was a horrible experience, the drilling was taken up into my skin, making me bleed. If you are hoping to get your nails done, avoid this place at all costs. The staff are rude with no respect for your opinion. This business truly deserves to be shut down. I still have residue of the color and my skin is still stuck to my nail with the horrible nail glue that they used. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would.

Horrible service. I went to get shellac and tips and it was rough and left my hands looking older around my cuticles. For $50, you’d expect nice service and a care. Instead, I had a lady who was more interested in talking to the lady next to her, and looking away from my nails, cutting me with the mechanical filing tool (which made me flinch, and pull my hand), and not even apologising. She was also very harsh when filing my hands manually, and underneath my nails ended up bruising. When we asked the breakdown of how they charged me, they yelled at me and my mother, just saying that’s the price! They never explained the increase when adding tips and said ‘they’re not able to explain that’. They were rude to me, and customers around me as well. The lady who bruised, cut and yelled at me is Jessica. I work within the centre and would much rather spend my time traveling elsewhere, and I will make sure that others who I work with and serve know about my experience. Hollywood nails have lost many customers today!

I’m writing the review with still in the salon. This is easily the worst salon I have been to: I asked for a specific shade of white shellac, while the lady was doing my nails, I asked if that was the colour I asked for, she said yes. Once she finished, I compared it to what I asked for, and as suspected it was not the same colour.I asked her to redo one nail, it was SO THICK, it was gross! She didn’t even reply and she started talking to the person next to her: assuming I was the main topic of discussion.To say the least, I will NOT be coming back here.This was honestly a waste of my money.

Shellac was not done properly, as soon as they got customers walking in, they didn’t get a chance to come back to me. My nails were not done properly and paying $55 for something which is not really worth it. I would definitely not recommend anyone to try them. Its just wasting ur money

they really hurt my nails, very rough with the drill my nails were burning and felt like they were on fire the entire time, when i got home and had a proper look i realised the sns was not smooth and still rough despite the constant drilling. and my nails are still hurting i feel like my natural nail was drilled down way too much, i didn’t want to say anything because i’m a bit shy and didn’t want to disrupt the nail tech but i have never had a painful sns before this time. the nails are also all crooked and different lengths. this is the first time i use this salon as my usual was closed but i will never return to this one again, not professional

Went there for a refill was told to wait then everyone decided to come in at the same time we were all waiting and then the two staff started fighting. Another client and i were very stressed by the arguing between staff i said i will come back tomorrow but they said no we will do it now. I feel that when we come in to do our nails we should be able to relax not hear arguments of any sort with the staff. As a result my nails were not done properly and two have come off only after a week this is just not good enough. Will not be coming back there at all.

Walked in with my mum and we both wanted just a pedicure then we changed our mind and wanted a manicure as well staff where very nice and quite.The two ladies we got were both very nice and did a pretty good job. Now that it’s the day after my nails have chips in them and the sides of my nails aren’t 100% on the side.Happy I went and tried somewhere new and happy with what we got but would probably go to my regular place from now on.
