Thanks Rohan & Team @ Passmore Automotives! Went above and beyond to change our damaged tyre on our caravan while stuck on the side of the highway. Then organised a replacement within days to get us back on the road on our way home across the Nullabor. Rohan was very knowledgeable regarding our caravan tyre loading and gave great advice in order to get us home safely!

My truck's fuel filter came off on the way to Busselton due to a shoddy Perth mechanic. Rohan went out of his way to help me. He was able to get me towed to his shop, picked up and installed a new fuel filter correctly. All this on a Saturday morning when they are usually closed. Very happy with his service as I needed to get the truck to Albany that afternoon.

After flying into Busselton airport, Rowan came out to inspect the car as it wouldn't start due to electrical & battery issues. The car was towed there to fix, and even though the w/shop was full of other cars booked in, he had me on the road asap and fixed. Highly recommend this business could not fault the customer service or efficiency getting me going again.

Was heading to Busselton for a weekend break,Broke down 10 klms from town Thursday afternoon and Despite being flat out and only one day to fix it as I was returning Sunday they managed to get part and fit it by my deadline, so a big thankyou to all at Passmores, and RAC for respecting my situation and doing a great job!Definitely would recommend these guys!

Their service is very poor, they only care about charging you money rather than your car.I changed the front lights and AC belt in this place, both had problems within in half year. And they even damaged the battery of my car during service. Very unprofessional, and I won’t come again.

Required RAC roadside assistance on a Sunday in Yallingup and Rohan quickly responded, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue within an hour! Very good service.
