Our business was unlucky enough to have been recently damaged and required urgent attention to open and continue trading. One of the issues we had was that we lost the Store front window and door and required urgent replacement. Everyone we rang in the window replacement business was able to replace the glass that day. However as soon as we mentioned that we needed frames for doors and also the store front, we quickly found out that there was no help and we had weeks to wait before we had a suitable resolution.By pure luck we came across John, who ended up being a life saver.
