I wholeheartedly recommend Zentro Academy and its master, Gabriel. I started by taking my daughter to learn self-defence and now attend classes myself (along with my daughter) to improve my fitness and well being. Gabriel has the patiences of a saint; whether a group of unruly 6 years olds tearing around like feral kittens or senior somethings who can't remember what 'Yop Chagi' means (for the umpteenth time). Gabriel's attention to form and function shows a lifetime of commitment and understanding to this martial art.Zentro Academy is a welcoming, relax and supportive community with a commitment to excellence, detail and technique.

My son has attended lessons with Zentro for nearly 10 years. Gabriel is a great instructor, very patient with the little ones and more than capable of challenging the older students. My son originally started with Tae Kwondo and still participates in this as well as Kumdo and Hapkido. His level of fitness and discipline he has attained is very impressive for a 16 year old. Highly recommend these classes.

I jave bun attending for nealy 10 years and have enjoyed evrey bit of it. in that time I have taken up all marshal arts offerd and look to further improve my self defence skills.

Having been around martial arts most my life, I can highly recommend Zentro Academy. Gabriels knowledge, dedication and attention to detail is unsurpassed. There is a broad range of experience and ages in the classes 5 to 60+. I find it refreshing that the higher belts are always keen to teach and help you advance.
