One good experience, one not so good, two different people.Good - friendly, did an excellent job, really happy with it.Bad - generally ignored until it was time to pay, talked more to her daughter than to me, cut the skin around my nails so severely it is now red, cut them too short, left dabs of polish on my skin. To be fair, the polish did last for a long time.

Came in for the first time today. The young girls that welcomed me was very kind. She helped me choose my nail colour as I'm useless with choosing and did a magnificent job with my nails. Definitely recommend this place. The staff there are fantastic, so friendly and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone.

Highly do not recommend. Service is atrocious, did not honor “complimentary service (free of charge)” email from Odyssey Nails Customer Care Service Team. Manicure is badly done with bleeding cuticles and rough / uneven polish. Always understaffed and staff are often clueless about appointment bookings.

I had SNS done at this salon the other week and I did not like my experience at all. I had 3 different ladies working on my nails at different times, one started doing the same step that the previous lady did, they filed my natural nails down WAY too much, they are so brittle now, one lady did the top coat with glitter and the other hand was done by someone else which was just clear and I left feeling anxious and hating my nails. Can't believe I paid $50 for this experience. Would not recommend.

Firstly the place is filthy. I had to ask for a new cover for the foot basin and a new towel as the last person had got up and I was straight into the seat. They replaced the basin cover and went out the back and appeared to get a new towel. Furthermore, if you just look around the place is incredibly dirty. . I think this is because they overbook and accept too many walk ins when they have bookings. Appointment was 30 mins late by the time they started. All felt very rushed and certainly not relaxing. They don’t talk to you just each other in their own language. Suffice to say I will definitely not be coming back. Very poor experience.

I have been here a few times but this most recent was not a good experience. The staff member I had yesterday was very rough and has left my feet very sore & with a lot of skin missing from my heels. Its painful to walk [see pictures]. The manicure was done almost as an after thought, the preparation was very poor and my nails were cut unevenly & the polish was rushed leaving gaps & polish all over my fingers. It was so bad I had to remove when I got home.

Based on previous reviews it seems like this place has improved a lot - my nail tech spent a long time making sure my nails were perfect, and they ended up looking beautiful! However, she was texting when she sat to do my nails and made 2 calls during my appointment.They also have a promotion, $5 off for a review - I scanned their QR code, and my tech showed me where to post the review by doing it for me, and hitting 5 stars on my phone, which I thought was a bit intrusive, especially given it was only 15 minutes into the appointment. A little ways to go to be a 5 star salon I think.

Horrible experience at this place. Lady cut my nails to her own decided length without asking me how long I would like them. When I told her I wanted them longer she was extremely annoyed and told me ‘long nails won’t look good on your hands it will loon bad amd they will break’. However she agreed to remove then and start again. She then handled my hands extremely aggressively cutting me 5 times and wiping up my blood in not at all a gentle way. Rotating my wrists in very uncomfortable way filing my nails very hard. She then added way too much glue to them and they did not remove for 8 weeks. I then went back 8 weeks later to get them removed and told them the story. Another lady told me she didn’t care and it didn’t matter. She did not apologise for the situation at all. And I had to pay for them to be removed. So rude and so frustrated. Don’t come here lol

Very pleasant and friendly service… clean salon …. Pedicure was not rushed and the manicurist was gentle and detailed…Original posted when I was getting my nails done….However when I went to pay they quoted me an amount above the price for shellac pedicure on the email confirmation and when I paid cash gave me back less change until I pointed it out…. Not sure if it’s an oversight but was not happy with increase in price and then the overcharge…..so removed one star
