EDIT: Responding to companies response.That is a blatant lie and you know it. Sharon was initially responsive then conveniently emails were ignored. Rod deliberately ignored text after text. Happy to show anyone the proof of this. He also DID in fact write he could do it on the weekend... AGAIN have the texts as proof. THIS company regardless of what it says is DODGY. AVOID AVOID AVOID!Owner came for a 'quote' , promising he would have it in my email after the weekend. I contacted him mid week, via email twice... nothing. Contacted his mobile with request for quote ... nothing... I did message that the job was not urgent but would like a ball park figure and said that if he was not interested in the job to please let me know... He wrote back some gibberish about coming on the weekend if the job was urgent ( it wasn't)... Again ... asked for a quote ... nothing ...Since then, I have had contact with others who have used his service who have said that he is overpriced and unprofessional.I have also spoken to another floor sander who has 40 years experience who told me something completely different than this guy and implied that it is common practice for this man to do little for as much money as he can get out of you.For anyone thinking of using this service, ask yourself why he has to advertise ' BIG' if he is reputable .... Word of mouth speaks volumes over paid advertising! ... and PLEASE ask around before you waste your money and time on this guy. Absolutely unprofessional and not worth the time.AVOID AVOID AVOID!

Heard the radio ad at work on the 1st October advertising Pacific Flooring and organised for I presume the business owner who took my mob number to come and give me a quote from 2pm onwards for the 2nd October. I took the day off work and waited from 2:00pm until 5:30pm for Pacific Flooring to show up for a quote. No show. No courtesy call to say they weren't coming or couldn't make it. What a shame as it was an honest flooring job and was happy to pay cash too.
