We took our new puppy in for a general first check up after having him for a few days. The receptionists and vets are so lovely and will answer any question you have. Would recommend Dr Jessica Ha who provided us with valuable information that we didn't find in our own general research. We got given a goody bag on our first visit as well which was a thoughtful touch. We love My Vet Animal Hospital!

We've been taking our little griffon to My Vet for 9 years. At one point we moved away from Waterloo and thought it would be more convenient to see a local vet, we realised this was a mistake as they were nowhere near as thorough. It's the difference between going to a GP and a specialist. So we happily travel an hour to My Vet for all checkups and call them if we have any questions and concerns. Dr Cherlene looks after our dog as if he were her own, they understand how important he is to us.

I felt really bad last experience in myvet animal hospital. I always came to this hospital before for my pets, and I felt all good about past experience. But this time, I feel so angry about their mis diagnosis, but the vet refused to acknowledge her saying.About 3-4 weeks ago, I came to my vet animal hospital to check my dog's warts. And doc Venessa did regular check for my dog. She checked my dog's right hip first, and then check left hip. And she told me my dog may have hip issue and asked me to do x rate for my dog (the estimated price is $1100 for checking hip). And at the end of consultation, I asked her to check my dog's hip again, cuz I think it may because my dog was inpatient and reacted in this way. Doc Venessa rejected my requirement, and said definitely he has hip issue.". Please pay attention

We had a warm welcome as we stepped in and didn't have to wait long. Everyone was so professional, helpful and very friendly. We felt taken care of right from the beginning. You'll receive a text from My Vet a few days after checking in to see if your fur baby is doing fine. A little pricey but it's worth it!

Vets are like dentists. No one *really* wants to go see on and when you little one is in pain and is unwell, you want to be comforted, educated, and taken care of. This is exactly what we have experienced with My Vet Animal Hospital.We were originally with another local vet in Randwick but we didn't feel like they were good with their communication. Granted, it was during lockdown and that meant that I couldn't go into the consult room with my doggo. But when we decided to give another vet in Waterloo a try, our experience was completely different.First off, the front desk staff are a delight. They answer their phones and they're always positive and reassuring.The nurses are fantastic. I was having difficulty giving our puppy eye drops every few hors and dropping her off at My Vet for $5 per medication made life so much easier and less stressful for my dog.Then there are the vets. We've seen Jessica Ha, Adrian, and Jess Choong. All were well educated and experienced (most vets are) but the real difference was the time they gave during each consult to explain, discuss and answer questions. This was the missing piece from the other vet clinic we visited.Sure, their billing per consult is higher than others BUT this is because they don't rush each consult. Each vet will explain and even write notes on the examination table or window so that you leave knowing more about what is happening. And that's the thing isn't it? The fear of not knowing is what causes us concern.My dog is probably a bit weird because she literally runs to the vet and is so excited to be there.No visit to the vet is something we want to do. But when we need to, we know we can count on the team at My Vet Animal Hospital to take care of us.PS - if you need parking and there is none on the street, there is covered parking in the complex. You'll need to drive up to the gate and call front desk and they'll buzz you on.PPS - I really have to thank Jessica Ha for explaining pet insurance at our first consult when we brought Mungchi in for (one of many) dental issues. The no-BS approach and transparency really helped us make a decision.

This was honestly the best experience I have ever had at a Vet. I had some concerns with my new puppy and Cherlene and the team helped me on the same day I rang. Gave me all the information needed and sent it though in an email. They gave him a clean bill of health and sent us on our way with a plan and some freebie treats! I wish I was able to come across My Vet Animal Hospital sooner, better late than never though! Thanks Cherlene and the team! They also took some amazing photos of Reggie!

I went here for the first time today and felt so comfortable, the team here are all very friendly and the Vet (Adrian) spent a long time getting to know my Puppy and educating me about her condition and treatment. He was kind, articulate and patient making sure that I understood what was needed. I highly recommend taking your pet here.

Our little boy George loves this place more than he love his home. The first time I stepped in to book his first ever appointment, I remember seeing Adrian, our vet, greeting another Husky and it was just the most wholesome sight ever. Now, every time we go out on walks, George needs to stop by and say hello to everyone at the clinic. I don't know if it's all the excitement everyone shows when he enters, or the treats and the pats, but we know we are very lucky to have them as our local vet. Highly recommend! We are so grateful for their care and attention to our boy. <3
