All dogs and cats are looked after with love and care. Facilities are excellent. Dog washing and grooming are available on request. Aprile, the proprietor, has over 30 years of experience with dogs, and does a fantastic job. Highly recommended. Free range eggs also often available.

Our golden retriever Penny spent the last 10 days at Barkers Boutique. Penny is a fairly timid dog and we were very concerned about leaving her but we shouldn't of worried as when we went to pick her up it was clear she had a great time, happily played with some other dogs and felt right at home. Aprile definitely has a great touch with dogs and really looked after her. When we were leaving Penny had to lick/kiss her goodbye. I highly recommend the professional and caring service that Aprile provided for Penny, next time we go on holidays we will definitely be taking Penny back to Barkers Boutique.

Aprile is such a fantastic carer for our 2 German Shepherds. Always happy to have a chat. Gets busy over holidays so book in advance. Booking times to drop off and pick up are essential but they are accommodating when plans change.

Includes Outside play time, Treats & Heated underfloor kennels. A Fabulous haven of inside outside living for your cats and more.Go see and you will be pleased. But what sets Aprile apart from many others, Is her total dedication and Love for your 4 legged friends.When you leave you know they are in good hands. We wouldnt recommend unless 100%

Best in the West...no doubt! Excellent kennels and runs with plenty of room and shade on real grass! My dogs love it. Aprile is professional and friendly...Highly Recommended.

When booking my cat into the cattery, everything was so professional. Even from the first email exchange and phone call booking. Dropping my cat in, I was given a welcome pack of information and shown around the cattery and enclosed outdoor yard. Aprile is extremely thorough, and let me know the day after dropping my cat in how he was doing (completely unprompted text message with photo attached)! I was so relieved during my week away that he was being well looked after. Each cat gets their own roomy, private cage with visual separators between cages - as well as their own little outdoor area and litter box. Aprile also lets cats out individually during the day into a large, netted, outdoor area full of grass and perch areas with wonderful vistas. I couldn't hear the kennel/dogs from the cattery building, which was a huge bonus. Proof was in the pudding when I picked up my cat - he didn't want to leave! He was snoozing happily in his cat tree and happily snuggled with Aprile before going into his cat carrier. Usually my cat is trembling in his carrier on drives to and from the vets etc, but he was very content and relaxed on the drive home after being at Barkers Boutique. This is absolutely chalk and cheese compared to another kennel/cattery I have used in the past in the Orange region (i.e. when picking my cat up he was found trembling in another cat enclosure because a different cat had gotten into his bed and taken over his litter box - with dogs barking right outside the cattery window... needless to say, he came home after that long weekend shaking, extremely thirsty, and hard to settle).In short, I would not hesitate to use Barkers Boutique again and I cannot thank Aprile enough for taking such great care of Percy. I have no doubts she would exceed my expectations every time.

Aprile is thorough and brings a wealth of experience to her business. She left us feeling very comfortable to drop our lovely dog off with her for the weekend. Her facilities are very well maintained and attended to daily. Price is very reasonable.
