The staff took my bike in to the shop to fit new tyres and tube on a rear wheel. Waited for me to select more items from the shop to purchase before informing me that they will not fit the tyres or tube on my wheel because the wheel was going to be installed on a DIY emtb, which they are not keen on supporting. Not only is the policy strange, it was rather unreasonable to accept the job and wait for me to purchase more items before telling me that they will not perform any installation citing a made up law that prevented them from doing so before begrudgingly installing them this one time" since I was purchasing other items from the shop.When asked why they took the job and waited for me to select more items for purchase before informing me that they would not perom the installation

Does not do kids trailer bookings online, called to book and confirm. Arrived 10 minutes later and they booked it out anyway to someone else. Recommend heading elsewhere to avoid disappointment.

Hiring 3 electric mountain bikes for the day is something me and some mates love doing every year! The bikes here are great and the service is excellent. Thanks guysA hot tip for new playas. 2 of us are just on 6ft and the other is 6’3’’ and we had 2 medium bikes and a large. They were fine but when I jumped on the large for a little, I realised it was a lot better than the medium for riding posture and much better ride.

Joe and the team were great. I have hired my MTB from these guys for our annual trip to Bright for a number of years now and keep coming back for a reason. Good gear, good service and friendly folks that are prepared to help with extras where they can. Bright is a great place to visit but these guys make it just that little bit better.

There are three cycle hire shops in Bright. Let this be your LAST resort. The customer service was horrid- the older guy has no personality, is rude and was happy to take more money from us to extend to a full day hire (from half), despite making us wait an hour for our bikes after giving them away to others in error.The downside is you cannot book kids trailers online, and we had been unable to secure one for that day. Whilst we stood outside calling other shops in town to secure a trailer elsewhere- he consciously gave our entire booking to another group that walked in. One of the younger staff members was set up to tell us there was a 'mix up' and our partners had just picked up the bikes. It was a monumental fail on their behalf and they all stood around shrugging. In the end we got bikes, an old rusted up one for one of the kids- we were not measured up and had to change some over due to inadequate sizes. No apology from the owner, no compensation, just an all round disappointing experience. We hired a trailer from BRIGHT ELECTRIC BIKES at the last minutes- and can honestly say they were super pleasant to deal with. He gave us directions and advice on where to go through town, nothing of which was provided here.Regardless of the issues, the basic friendly customer service was a huge miss here and is ample at other cycle shops in town.

Shoutout to the Cyclepath team! Came to Bright for the weekend and thought my Di2 was playing up after a small accident - their workshop team gave it a look over for me at no charge and even gave me a new bar end plug to replace mine which was missing.You wouldn’t get this kind of service in Melbourne. Big respect - thank you!

I had an issue with my Di2 during our recent holiday around Bright and surrounds. I called ahead to Cyclepath who were very understanding and accommodating. They knew I needed my bike for my holiday and fixed it quickly so that I could get back on the road. Repair was reasonably priced and staff were fantastic. I greatly appreciated their knowledge and great customer service.

Staff helped me out with a saddle issue very promptly making my riding in Bright way more enjoyable. Very friendly too!
