BBN Facilities are fantastic! They arrived when they said and were like a 'tornado of tidying'. They managed to clean the whole house including windows and carpets in a couple of hours while my kids were running around. The place was sparkling once they were done.I'm getting them back to do the same to the outside of the house too.I highly recommend Troy at BBN Facilities. They will exceed your expectations.

I had BBN for an end of lease clean.Very easy to deal with. I changed my times for cleaning and it was no trouble. Even dropped my keys off at real estate agent. Great job i got 100% of my bond back. I will be using Troy and the team again with no hesitations .

Please do not use this service. I was recommended this service by my real estate agent. They arrived an hour and a half early and the boss swore and abused me on the phone as their cleaner who was apparently waiting outside was not there. On the phone they agreed the job could be done for 350. The cleaner on site said 300 yet I received an invoice for 600. They had not cleaned the walls of cupboards properly and the real estate was not satisfied with the job. I will most definitely be making a formal complaint to consumer affairs as these people are clearly scammers.
