Overall experience was positive.The only thing was when my vehicle was picked up. The communication was minimal and when the truck did arrive suddenly, I had less than 10 mins to drive car out of garage, empty out glove box, CDs and hand keys over. In the rush I handed the keys over with my garage remote still attached and also forgot my toll e-tag. I frantically left voice messages and managed to get them back. Not being negative, just trying to be constructive with feedback.Perhaps allow the owner up to 20 or 30 mins before parting with their vehicle.
