Steven H is a fantastic coach, very patient with the kids and puts in extra effort with my son to give him more challenging moves. Highly recommended the ninja class!

Absolutely shocking and terrible. Facilitator was not engaging and stood there and let my son fall from a high bar, he’s only 3. She wasn’t bothered at all and the cakes had no structure or benefits. Tried to cancel and they have been taking payments for over a month and emailing back and forth for no reason other than to keep taking payments. Do not sign up to this business

Terrible!Zero willingness to improve customer service. No care for anyone who has additional needs or needs support. No care at all! Instructors are never able to properly explain tasks properly, no guidance or support. I’m constantly having to ask questions on behalf of my son who is confused because no one has explained anything to him.Waste of time and money!Very very disappointing

Parents take notice.Do not waste your hard earned money on this place.My daughter has been going for over a year.This morning was the last straw.The front of house staff are terrible, they do not like answering questions, they are apathetic towards members, and arrogantly make little effort to provide a basic level of customer service.If management/ owner is reading this, I encourage you to send a potential customer in to provide you with feedback on the service they receive. I guarantee it will be sub par. Ultimately it is your reputation and money at stake.

communication and customer service here are awful. i have been at this centre for 4yrs and they definately have not improved. staff on shift never have a clue on how to resolve anything, always insisting us to wait for senior staff to sort out the problems.when its summer, they dont ventilate the place priorto class, always leaving it at class time to open roller doors, the kids are sweating n they struggle to participate in the humid environment. on colder weather, the heating of the pool is always not working.. classes always getting rescheduled.t-shirts given to students are not practical, the material isnt breathable and kids are unable to wear them comfortably in the warmer season.emails sent through arent being replied to for almost weeks, payments taken quickly but as soon as theres a problem, they dont have the time to help us get credit or explain, acknowledge their lack of qualified staff to deal with these errors..definately looking to go elsewhere next term. such a shame.

Wonderful facility. Coaches are inclusive and create a fun and relaxing environment, I highly recommend to all.

Worst Customer Service, cheated me with charging me twice for months(hundreds of dollar), for makeup classes and booked classes by saying that my son was attending makeup classes and that's why they charged twice for the whole period. What a joke. And then not getting back when asked for money back.

My 6 year old daughter loves it here. The coaches are fun and very patient, not strict which I like. We did classes elsewhere and found they were very over the top with anxious/cautious children. Not the case here. They do toddler classes too so very inclusive for all age groups. Great place. Thank you BK's.

Taking part in some of the mini gymnastic classes for littles. Kids love the teacher and they adapt the lessons for the specific ages. Easy to book make up lessons and friendly staff. Picture is only a small part of of space.

Really had a terrible experience with this centre. Poor management, lack of communication and absolutely no care to clients. The staffs are extremely rude and arrogant. The blond lady told my son to get off the gymnastic area in a very humiliating way, even thou he is only 2.
