United Petroleum Windaroo (Pie Face)

I am not the only one complaining but gotta be honest - the staff here rarely smile, rarely greet the customer (if you are Asian, they will ensure you are treated without any greeting), and will not even tell you that the transaction went through/nor ask if you need a receipt, they just stay quiet and wait for the customer to say thanks" and "have a nice day" probably. Fuel station has basic amenities though."

It's basically just a standard petrol station, really. Follows the general rule of set-out, instore products, and efficiency/performance of staff. Must be some sort of unspoken petrol station blueprint they all adher to.Which is not a bad thing, don't get me wrong.It serves its purpose, and it serves it well.About the only thing to differentiate between these large style servos is the variety of fuel on offer. And regrettably, this United failed a bit. I wanted Unleaded 95, they didn't stock it, so had to settle for 98.But it's it all good, I can use 98 in the van, and as I said, it serves its purpose well.

A random stop for fuel, first impression the place was really clean, two happy people behind the counter who were interactive and very nice. So nice to see happy people with a good sense of humour.

Leaving a negative review on Google here as UberEats only allows a review if the service provider completes the order...now for our complaint.We seem to order Uber Eats from these guys for vegetarian pies on the very occasion with which they are out of the pies we request!...terrible luck! Three orders unable to be completed! Every. Single. Time.Tonight we decided to try them for a few donuts as a treat! But again now they can’t even supply simple donuts.Vegetarian pies i can understand running empty on, hence why no prior complaint, but but why not remove items you can’t provide from being ordered to save us the time and hassle?

We bought petrol here and they have no toilets. I told them I really needed one but they didn't care and didn't even help me to find me one. Rude and they didn't want to be there. If I could have given zero I would have.

Is not a 24/7 servo anymore

Does not have public restrooms!!What kind of service station doesn't provide public restrooms? Crazy.

This is supposed to be a United 24 station which means it's open 24hrs it is no longer open 24hrs in fact it's not open very often at all anymore closing and opening at random hours and on selected days don't waste your time going here as they will more then likely be closed update the signage united this is disgusting!!

The customer service here is disgusting. Always laughing and talking on the phone whilst serving customers, not even acknowledging the customers. I've been coming here for awhile now and it's always the same. Oh and the eftpos machine has never been cleaned, it's covered in nastiness!
