Flight Centre Buderim

Went in today and saw Ben Earl about booking flights. He was very helpful and polite. He even helped me with the accomodation I had my heart set on. Really happy with his service. 100% would recommend Buderim Flight Centre and Ben to my friends and family.

Called twice, spoke with Jeromy, was brushed off both times by him. Promised an email and call back but i have heard nothing. All I wanted to do is buy a flights and accommodation. Have since called Kawana and brought a holiday.

I had a very disappointing experience at Flight Centre. Whilst the agents were very friendly and welcoming, and very available and responsive via email, I felt that a significant error was made in my booking, that was never accommodated nor fixed.Whilst I did express distress at the error and the new cost incurred, my agent did not fix the mistake, and denied most of the conversation had ever happened. I spoke to a manager, who was very polite and apologetic, but once again, nothing could be/was done to correct it.The both recommended multiple options that I could research on my own time and cost to alleviate the issue, all of which were domestic options and not applicable for international travel... which kind of felt like they didn't even care enough to even see if their ideas were possible for my circumstance and to international travel.It was a negative and stressful experience. I would not recommend them or use their services again. I am a highly experienced traveller, but opted to go with a travel agent to avoid the exact issue that I ended up having. The cost of the mistake made was over $1,000 for me.While the staff were so friendly, it was an awful thing to have happen on an international trip.

On Saturday, 12 November 2016, we went to Flight Centre at Buderim to make a booking for trip overseas. I have to say we were very impressed with the service we received from consultant, Justine O'Connell.What a breath of fresh air she was in providing an excellent service, her friendly manner and professionalism and passion for the work she was doing was evident also.Not only that but she was able to beat the price we had found elsewhere!! We were very impressed with Justine and next time we decide to go overseas we will definitely use Justine to facilitate that booking for us!!Kind regards, Graham & Amanda

So disappointed with the service we received from Jeremy. We decided to see a travel agent to ensure that our honeymoon would be perfect. Jeremy assured my husband that he would make sure we had the most wonderful honeymoon. On arrival, there was absolutely no mention of a honeymoon at all. Jeremy offered to have champagne etc in the room as well as decorations. My husband also booked activities such as a massage and snorkeling- none of this was done. We asked the cruise ship management and they said this was never a feature available on the ship. After the honeymoon, I rang Jeremy to ask why he would have suggested and promised all these things if they did not exist- he assured me that he would be finding out what was wrong. I have given him over a month to offer some kind of explanation or apology and I have not heard a word. I would not recommend this place to anyone because clearly the care factor is zero. A simple emailed apology would have helped.

Got some flights booked with Jeremy Sim today and he made the experience easy and more than pleasant! He got me on the same flight as one of my mates in no time at all! First time using flight centre and Jeremy made a returning customer out of me!

Staff member was lovely and helpful, but they could not price match Flight Centres website. We only went in store as we wanted to redeem Commonwealth Bank points. This was disappointing.

I was so impressed with the service I received from Tereza - she went out of her way to help me and provided lots of ideas and sent all the details I needed really quickly- nothing was too much trouble and she made everything so easy-deluxe service and I would recommend anyone to give her a call - thank you so much
