Rating is not reflecting Doctors service but rather problematic and insecure admin process. After a phone consult, I received a call to pay as they no longer offer bulk billing and are now charging more than Madicare rates. No problem there but I feel that providing my credit card details over the phone is a cyber risk but the admin staff were quite forceful when I refused All other businesses seem to understand accounting process where a customer is provided an invoice to pay but the admin staff was surprised by this practice. I think you need to consider a safer way to transact even if that means you can't get paid 60 seconds after the phone consult. Please find a way to improve this experience and ensure customers can transact safely.

Below standard won’t be coming here again. The doctor I saw didn’t even bother informing me my results were in or giving me the results when I did a Telehealth. In addition to that I paid their fees the last time I went in, and no investigation was done into my issue, nothing prescribed or tests run. I had to pay again to go and see another doctor at another medical centre who prescribed the right tests and medication I needed for my bladder and I’m now seeing improvements. Doctors are short blunt and just want to get you out when your paying a fee they should at least look into your issues a bit more. I got the impression they just don’t care here. Also receptionist is hit and miss some are nice but there are a few very rude ones working there with attitude and zero customer service skills.

Doctors are always late for all appointments, regardless of the time of day. I have booked the first appointment (9 am) several times, doctors show up at 9:15, chat to reception for 5 minutes and then head to their office where I assume they prepare for at least another 5 minutes. I have never been to an appointment which was less than 10 minutes late.Calling the front desk always plays a 2 minute long spiel about the practise, which is entirely unnecessary, before dispatching to reception. Reception staff have poor knowledge on which appointments are bulk-billable. I was told my COVID related appointment would be bulk billed, but told the next day that it was only for more severe cases.Telehealth phone calls cost $30 out of pocket, I was called 2 hours late and had a 6 minute call with the doctor. The doctor spelt my name incorrectly on the medical form I needed. Furthermore, they do not have a secure invoice option, and can only pay in person or over the phone, where we're forced to give them the card number, expiry and cvv if we are too sick to go in person.The quality of service has not improved since they moved to mixed billing, I would say it has gotten worse.

Doctor is good BUT PAINFUL service for a phone consult when you have to pay. They should totally remove this when they can't process bankcard payment over the phone.Just to add phone consultation is more expensive than standard consultation by $10.

Reception are aggressive when chasing payment for appointments.I usually have telephone appointments which cost 60 dollars with rebate and the reception always call me back after the appointment with an attitude, this has happened three times now.No I don’t want to be paying for this appointment, but I will, there is no need to be so aggressive, it makes paying so much for a 10 minute phone call much worse.Also had doctors advise I was not eligible for repeats on a script I have been taking since last September, only after seeing a few different doctors have I found one that will provide me with the repeats, complete laziness on the other drs behalf’s as they did not want to request an authority number, but they are okay with me paying for and booking appointments monthly for new scripts. If this practice wasn’t the most convenient option for me I would not attend at all

Have been going to this clinic for years opened and have tolerated rude reception team due to the doctors.However there is a poor business model I have been charged for a consult which never happened which was cancelled over the phone and on hotdoc.I was made to wait 4 hours for a phone consult. At the 2 hour mark I called and asked what was happened, the reception team told me that the doctor was running late

The doctors are proffesionals, but unfortunately it is not possible to visit the clinic, because first you have to communicate with the reception. And you have to see their customer service for yourself, otherwise you wouldn't believe that anything like it exists in Australia. The last time this older lady just yelled at a customer and at that point I felt like my limit was full. There are good doctors elsewhere too, and if the company does not invest in its customer service and puts employees who are absolutely not suited to deal with people, then it is not worth it. This kind of customer service makes you feel unsafe even if you look at it from the side. It's a shame because the doctors are really good.

After long wait on phone listening to irritating, fast talking recorded message I got through to reception. I politely asked the best way to obtain my blood results as I’d had bloods taken the previous week. I don’t see why you should have to pay a second time just to get your results. I asked if I could get a print out and I could come in and collect them . She said “there was no way she could do this “ ???. Why not ?.Her tone was rude. I have been a customer here for too long. I have waited over an hour in person to see Drs and longer for over the phone appointment calls. I will go elsewhere and so should you, not recommend.

Money hungry centre. It’s disappointing to see the same doctor that you’ve been going to for years favours other non-concessional patients and provides a fully bulk billed their appointment while you get charged higher because you had two questions for the doctor. I always feel rushed during my appointment as well, with little to no empathy from the doctors.
