I cannot recommend Phil highly enough. He is not only a lovely man, but is honest & has integrity. A rare combination these days. He could fix an oven with his eyes closed & diagnosed the problem quickly & fixed it promptly. I am disabled & can’t clean my oven door & Phil pulled it apart & cleaned it for me. It seems there are still some decent people in the world & Phil is definitely one of them. Thanks again Phil, it was a pleasure doing business with you & going the extra mile was greatly appreciated.

Thanks heaps for being honest about the issue. Phil advised on the initial call that he probably couldn't be of much use, and provided some alternative options. Really appreciate the professionalism and integrity this shows. I'll definitely call back if there are other concerns we have!

Phil and Kon are the best!Their service was of the highest quality, both efficient and effective in resolving the fault in our oven with minimal time and fuss.
