Apparently not interested in following legal due process gave eviction notice by SMS with one month to vacate. With a 55yr old lady and a ex fireofficer on a disability pension. Many requests have been sent and a QCAT complaint is in the courts still he refuses to cooperate. Any further harassment will land this chap with a police complaint for exactly that harassment. Ive made 2 requests for his realty license both times no reply.

Register for inspection house 29 Vansittart road , regent park . Inspection was on 03/06/2023 9 to 9:30 AMArrived at 9:17 am saw a car left the house called to the agent he said inspection finished at 9:15 am .he was the guy who left the house . Asked him to come back answered no sorry! Very unprofessional , don’t recommend it

Jay was great and very helpful through the entire purchasing process - from my first call as someone interested in knowing more about the suburb through to settlement. What immediately struck me was how personable Jay was. He was always friendly and willing to help; he spent twenty minutes speaking to me on the phone before I had even expressed interest in the specific property or even that neighbourhood! As an investor purchasing from another investor, it was clear that Jay was knowledgeable and professional in his dealings with either party, seeking for the best outcome for all involved.
