Terrible application of shellac. Chipping peeling after six days. This was my nails at 8 days.Also got a glimpse when washing my hands of a girl having her lash extensions and was horrified at what I saw.

My experience was so awful that this happened months ago but after walking past this place recently, I felt moved to leave this review. I am also not surprised that I’m one of many one-star ratings. If there was a chance to put 0, I would.The people at this salon are very rude. It’s not as if the nails I got here were extraordinary. Either they were limited in range of what they could do, or they lied to us. Regardless, if you’re looking for decorative nails, look elsewhere.BUTMy biggest dispute however, was when me, my sister and my mom came to remove our nails. My mom left us to get it removed and then, we didn’t know about nails. They used a tool to pluck off the nails and were very dismissive when we complained. It supposed to be soaked, not torn off of you. Our nail beds were damaged and they even seemed upset and treated us with contempt. Their solution was to rub clear nail polish on top of our damaged nails. If I had known back then how nails were supposed to come off, I would have pushed for more.This is unacceptable. Their customer service isn’t good nor is the product. Both are astoundingly horrible. If you want to get your nails done, please pick a salon that actually knows what they’re doing, will deliver great results (without hurting your nails—filing edges too much or downright ripping acrylic) and certainly one that won’t treat you like a pest.By the way, they also made some weird comment about my mom and the payment. A bit odd when they’re overpriced for lacklustre work. I’ve noticed I’m not the only one to have had some weird classist comment made (even though my family is not struggling the least bit financially nor was there any indication of that apart from questioning their questionable prices). It was all a bit bizarre. I don’t know but maybe they’re charging a whole lot extra because they’re going out of business and insulting others (projection) is their way of feeling superior?

Always do a great job on my nails. I get infill and design every fortnight. No matter what picture off Instagram I come in with, the gals do their best to replicate it for me.And their prices are quite good. Other places in the area have charged me 10 to 20 dollars for the same services.

Ive been here a total of 3 times. I live literally right across from the mall and still would rather drive a distance than ever try to go back here. The first time, they shaped my nails so unevenly and a complete different shape to what i asked for, every finger and toe was a different length, different shape and so muddily applied. They did rectify this though not without aggressively grabbing at my hands and feet and basically nearly sanding the skin off my nails.The 2nd time, I walked in at 3:30pm and they blocked me from coming in and told me they were closed even though there were about 5 staff in there and quite a few customers coming in and out.The third and final time, they gave me a pedicure and i asked for french tips. Now I could deal with the fact the end result was horrendous with every tip consisting of a different thickness and looking so janky. What I couldnt handle was this time, not only did i seriously regret even bothering to go there but I am now taking antiobotics and having to disinfect my toes as they gave me a skin eating fungal infection under my toe nails. They should not be in business. They are so careless and are as hygienic as a barn yard. I’ve literally walked barefoot through the city after a long night and still had perfectly fine healthy feet, I can’t believe the irresponsibility of this salon.If you’re thinking about going here, DONT

Very disgusted by the poor service of this nail salon. They make up their pricing and take advantage of young girls. They done my nails for the first time they were 65 dollars for French tip, was abit pricey but I trusted them. The next time I went to get infills for French tip it was the same price , ( by the way no salon is charging the same price for infill) , I brought that to the lady’s attention and she made excuses I was in a rush so I paid it. Now just today I went to get my nails done because I was at the shopping centre and I thought to give them another chance, wrong decision. Not only where the staff rude and speaking in their own language when I ask them a question and laughing but made a comment about how My grandma doesn't work so She doesn’t understand they have to pay bills , what is absolute joke to talk about someone’s personal financial situation which is none of their business how unprofessional can you be. When I went to go pay for my nails today they said that they have to charge me an extra $15 to get a fresh set and it would be $70 for nails!!! And I Rang another Pearl nails in the store The Liverpool one and they said they don’t charge an extra $15 to take off your old nails it’s only 55 for French tip. I told the girl and she completely ignored me and said “ you should get one colour then”, maybe you shouldn’t make up your prices. Then when she brought the bossover when my nails were done he said that will be $75 so not only did they charge me more but an extra five dollars when she just said it was $70. Long story short I do not recommend this store to anyone are all unprofessional and a waste of money. The manager needs to learn respect and professionalism and so does his under trained workers. Truly appalled. Learn better customer service, and stop making your customers feel bad when they ask you a question and you turn to your co-worker laughing and giggling in your language.

Yesterday I went in to remove my acrylics and shellac on toes and when I walked in they asked what I want and when I told her the lady looked at her boss and he gave her the no look and said something in their language she looked at me and said we are closed" I said to them "what do you mean its 4:50pm and you close at 5:30" she buckled and replies with "oh we still have people we need to finish them" and there was literally 4 people and 1 left so 3 and there was a lot of workers in there. They do not care about customer service they care about what you are getting done and how much you will be paying! it is disgusting and unprofessional... if I said I want full set with shellac and Pedi with shellac

Short version: I’d give zero stars if I could - worst customer service and rudeness, and unprofessional final product I’ve experienced in a very long time. No one would be happy with the treatment and end product that I received.Explanation: I never usually write reviews but I’m so disappointed and upset that I need to express what a horrible experience I had. I thought I’d pamper myself and get my nails done for the first time in a very long time… I showed the girl a picture of what I’d like and asked if she could do it. She said yes and told me to sit down. The girl was sharp and rude but I tried to ignore it and continue a nice day of pampering……she started to vigorously file my nails down at the side…. She showed it to me and I said very nicely, oh, I’d like it like the picture please, I don’t want the sides so far in…. She instantly became defensive and said she can’t do it like that. I told her I wasn’t upset, I was just trying to explain the look I was after. She continued to file them exactly how I asked her not to…..She then continued to speak and laugh with her colleagues knowing I couldn’t understand and continued to do what she wanted. I’m not usually intimidated but definitely felt ganged up on as her Colleagues started to get involved. The end result was a horrible shape that was way too filled down at the sides and a concave, uneven bumpy look in the middle of each nail bed. Definitely not a professional finish at all. You can even see where the tips have been added!!!! Unfortunately I didn’t want to cause a scene because I didn’t want to ruin my day any further… so I paid and left. I went straight hope to re file my nails to the shape I was hoping for. Unfortunately the sides are too far in and can’t be fixed. I’m so upset that I’ve had to call around to other nail salons to see if they can re do it for me.So sad and upsetting as I was in such a positive mood hoping for a beautiful pamper day….Ruined…. By the worst attitude and customer service and definitely not a professional nail technician.

I arrived on a busy sat late in the afternoon. Got my pedicure than a set of ombré nails I wanted just like my reference photo. Looked fantastic big thanks to the ladies. My nails look great for my upcoming vacay.

I paid $75 for two pedicures one with normal polish and the other without. Thought the lady got the price wrong as this is a stupid amount for a pedicure but she insisted this was correct. Advertised that is was $35 for a shellac pedicure yet I paid more then that for two normal pedicures.

Usually I get good service but today was very shocking. Rude staff, the two ladies were laughing and giggling in their own language every time I said something. My nails weren’t done properly, my nails were all different shapes, they weren’t consistent, the nails we very wavy and the colour was faded. I did not complain so I don’t cause a scene because they are very rude and loud.It’s such a shame to have this quality of service in our local Casula Mall.
