New Zealand Natural Yeppoon

Not worth the wait. Shop was busy but service was slow and rude. Girls didn’t seem to want to be there or had clearly had enough of being understaffed. Was a shame but made me think Yeppoon definitely has potential for some decent competition.

5 stars for the delicious ice-creams. What let it down was a) Someone who doesn't know how to tell the time didn't know how to put correct opening times on Google. The whole week was comical - closed now (6pm) - opens at 10pm, closes 12am! We did walk down and closed. b) My second issue was for a place that says it is natural, I'd like more wording for us discerning types - vegetarian? Vegan? The girl I spoke to had no idea, I asked if there was gelatine in the ice-cream and she said probably not and then rambled about how even the artificial flavours are natural. The staff need a lot more training on the products, telling the time and company ethos.

OMG why does the ice cream melt so quickly? We have got ice cream twice from here in the last couple of days and each time we haven’t been able to enjoy the experience fully as the ice cream melted ridiculously quickly. It isn’t even hot, so not sure why it has happened? Tasty, just messy.

Patient staff considering how busy they were and decent selection of flavours. Would visit again. The comments from other reviewers of quick melting were accurate but also it’s central Queensland.

The staff were pleasant, the food was yummy and the prices are fair. The seating area could be a little bigger though.

We just got ice cream and the ice cream melted in a blink of an eye, it's not even that warm to justify it. it wasn't then possible to just enjoy the ice cream the flavor and cone are actually tasty.

Service was mediocre. The staff took a long time to make 1 single drink and forget we had asked for 2 making things take longer. Quality icecream but disinterested, and seemingly incompetent staff makes it not worth it at all. Go to the other icecream parlour down the street
