Want a service that doesn't listen to you? Want to be treated like a number? Want to be ignored when negotiating? Want a service that will have zero services tailored to your needs? This is the service for you! Even their job club computers barely work. A+ in bare minimum. Learnt from example unfortunately.

I should have listened to the centrelink call centre operator when she told me this place had the lowest rating on their system for finding people employment. They have two employment consultants to help all of their clients find employment and they get you to attend the Status office once every two weeks to sit in a class room with about half a dozen other people and use their computers for an hour to log on to MyGov and search the job search websites (something you can do at home) and then at the end of the hour you get handed a letter with your next appointment in two weeks time.If you have a problem with MyGov they tell you to telephone the MyGov help desk and get them to fix the problem because the staff at Status have no idea how to solve IT problems. There's no privacy when your in the class room so all the other people around you can hear what your saying to your employment consultant.Eventually they will get you to attend a Work Culture Harmonising Program" at the Status office at Salisbury which is 40 hours a week for three weeks and is just a fancy name for a course that tells you what to do when you get a job interview and if you don't attend your Centrelink payments may be cut.I recommend you try another job service provider because Status operates their business on the cheap

First visit wasnt the best, I was already working but not enough hours for centerlink, after still feeling lost i spoke to Sharon, she cleared up alot of the confusion and guided me through what I needed to do for my situation, not somewhere you want to be but when greeted with a friendly face and someone so happy to help and spend extra 5 mins to give advice and guidance definitely made it easier to attend these appoinments, thanks Sharon for all your help

Probably the worst experience of my life I had never been so badly treated. My initial visit was pleasant and seemed reassuring but I was soon to be aware that they had lied to me to get me to sign paperwork saying that I understood and agreed to everything when I clearly did not I was not even given enough time to read the documents thoroughly to be sure of what I was signing. Very soon I was in trouble because I had not completed a task that I did not understand how to do but as they quoted that I signed a document saying that I understood and would do it whether I knew how to or not as they said there was no excuse. A warning to all that before you sign their document make sure you know how to do that high-tech task they are getting you to sign agreeing that you will do it and of course it must be completed within their time limit.
