One group is a great agency and provided me with the necessary support to find a job. In particular Tori has been amazing, she’s very helpful, friendly and supportive. She is a great asset to the company.

Drove for 2 hours total to get to Smithfield, then after the interview Tori sent a message writing her name is in reality Rachel. No Job acceptance due to lifting capacity of 15kg no explanation as to why 15kg is not enough capacity. Waste of time. No apology. Could hear them complaining about people not turning up to work after getting the job, but even though they know I need one are not getting back to me. Hypocrisy indeed. 1 star for saying your name is Tori, and second star because you sent me a message saying you're Rachel. Pleased to meet your acquaintance. Hope to get a better job than you can offer. Very professional indeed. Will update this if they get back to me.

This agency is very unprofessional and very unreliable to all their employees. I run a social media marketing agency and I am more professional than these guy i must say. Rachael is the worst agent to be around with, keeping your hopes up for nothing and not responding to any calls, emails and texts. This is why other competitors walk all over this agency and tend to make more liquidity in longevity.

Got put on a job and told I’d have months of work, when I go to said job no one is there and I am told it was wrong start date (which they paid me 4 hours for) but then when I said when I would start they promised me that week, which never happened and when I asked to put me onto a different job in the meantime as I left my casual job for this, they couldn’t find nothing and couldn’t even apologise for there mistake, worst agency I’ve been on don’t recommend anyone even bother, labour power, action workforce, Hays recruitment all a lot better. Also when I called to try see if they had other work for me Charlotte told me it wasn’t there fault and took zero accountability.

Staff are great. Thats about it dont expect to be payed on time. Countless times where you are meant to be payed only to have too put your bills on hold becouse they pay you a week late

I’d never had a good experience with a recruitment agency until now.I was first contacted by one group after applying for a job the same day I applied, and they promptly set up an interview. I came in and met Tori, who explained the role and what I was in for. I expected it to be the same experience I had had at other agencies - go in, give them details, waste your time, never hear from them again.Tori set up a same day interview with the CEO of the company I now work at, and kept me updated throughout the entire process as things moved along. She was professional through and through, and didn’t cut a corner or leave a stone unturned in making sure all my questions were answered.I have Tori and One Group to thank for my new long term position, and if anyone has any doubts about this place, don’t! They are the best in the business at what they do, and I’ll forever be thankful.Thanks guys!
